Health on a Plate

…because what you put on your plate matters

Why Health on a Plate?

Because the food you eat has a profound impact on your health. And good health can be yours when you know what to put on your plate. Sound almost too good to be true? Well, even the smallest of changes can make great improvements to your health. Why not start with a simple plate of fresh salad for lunch? This one took less than 5 minutes to put together today!

Kaye Heyes at Health on a Plate offers personalised wellness programmes for individuals and organisations, incorporating nutritional therapy, NLP and mindful eating to support people to the wellness they deserve.

Kaye is a qualified nutritional therapist, registered with the British Association of Nutritional Therapy (BANT). She sees individuals on a one to one basis as well as developing projects with community groups.

What is Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional therapy combines science – biochemistry and nutrition – with natural medicine in order to return the patient to wellness.  It treats the body as a whole – curing the causes of problems, not just the symptoms as is too often the case in conventional medicine. Nutritional therapy can successfully treat acute and chronic ailments – including long-term stress. And even in cases of severe disease, a high level of wellness can be achieved.
